Client support angular library supports Angular v19

The angular support library for Luigi Client supports now Angular version 19.

Appswitcher improvement

Adds the option selectionConditions for appswitcher items to be resolved as selected for other routes than their corresponding links. Additionally it can be matched against context values of the current node.
