getDirtyStatus method in Luigi Core API

In Luigi 2.1.0, we added a getDirtyStatus method that enables you to check if there are unsaved changes in the browser through Luigi Core. You can find more information in the Luigi Core API documentation. This new method can be used together with setDirtyStatus which is a part of the Luigi Client API.
